1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dreamjilli at dreamjilli.vu, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — via browser, the Android APK, or the iOS web app. They apply to all game categories offered on dreamjilli, including slots, fish games, live casino, sports betting, and eBingo.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

Your dreamjilli account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number.

• Never share your password or OTP with anyone — including people claiming to represent dreamjilli support.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify dreamjilli immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you report a compromise to support.

dreamjilli uses SSL encryption across all platform connections to protect your data in transit. OTP-based login adds an additional layer of protection at the authentication stage. However, account security ultimately depends on how you manage your own credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dreamjilli are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept foreign currency, and no currency conversion is applied to your wallet balance.

Deposits can be made via supported Philippine e-wallets and mobile banking or online bank transfer options. The list of available deposit methods is shown at the time of deposit within the platform. GCash and Maya are among the e-wallet options that may be available, subject to the platform's current payment integrations.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified with a valid Philippine government-issued ID before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method on file for your verified account. You cannot withdraw to a method not associated with your identity.
• Verified e-wallet withdrawals, including GCash and Maya, are typically processed on the same business day, subject to operational hours and platform load.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within the withdrawal section of the platform.
• dreamjilli reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if required for verification or fraud prevention purposes.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on dreamjilli.

5. Games, Bets, and Outcomes

dreamjilli offers a range of game categories including slots, fish games, live casino table games, sports betting, and eBingo. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the respective game or section of the platform.

All bets placed on dreamjilli are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation. In the event of a technical error or system fault during a game, dreamjilli reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to your wallet.

• Sports betting results are determined by the official outcome of the relevant event. In case of disputes, the official result from the governing body of the sport applies.
• Live casino outcomes are determined by the live dealer and game engine in real time. Recorded streams are used for dispute resolution where applicable.
• Slot and fish game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. No external factor, betting pattern, or previous result influences the outcome of any individual spin or round.
• eBingo draws are conducted using randomised digital draw systems. Results are final once the draw is complete.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

dreamjilli may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to eligible players from time to time. Where such promotions are active, the specific terms — including eligibility requirements, wagering conditions, minimum odds, and expiry periods — will be clearly stated in the promotion details at the time of the offer.

General conditions that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Promotional credits cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be used in accordance with the stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

• Abuse of promotional offers, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering to exploit bonus mechanics, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

If no specific promotion is currently displayed on the platform, no active promotional offer exists. dreamjilli does not make verbal or informal bonus commitments outside of what is published on the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dreamjilli. Violation of any of these will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.

• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, dreamjilli reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, forfeiture of the balance may apply. Where account closure is not the result of a breach — for example, voluntary closure — the remaining PHP balance will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method subject to identity confirmation.

10. Limitation of Liability

dreamjilli provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dreamjilli's liability to any player is limited to the amount currently held in that player's verified PHP wallet at the time of any claim. dreamjilli is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or expected outcomes from bets placed or intended to be placed.
• Losses arising from technical disruptions, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.

dreamjilli reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
